Dr. Taryn Marie Stejskal (pronounced Stay-skull) is the Founder and Chief Resilience Officer (CRO) of Resilience Leadership Institute (RLI), she is recognized #1 international expert on resilience, mental health, and wellbeing in both leadership and life, whose mission is to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people, by enhancing hope, healing, and health as well as enhanced consciousness through the practices of resilience. Prior to founding RLI, she served as the Head of Executive Leadership Development & Talent Strategy at Nike, as well as Head of Global Leadership Development at Cigna. Dr. Taryn Marie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Maryland and completed pre- and postdoctoral fellowships in neuropsychology at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 Coach Globally (MG100) and received the Continental Who’s Who award for her executive leadership coaching. She is honored to serve as a sought-after trusted advisor for executives, public figures, and individuals from all industries who are looking for an edge by way of understanding and harnessing their inherent resilience. Michael Molinaro is Chief Learning Officer of New York Life, a Fortune 100 company founded in 1845: the largest mutual life insurance company in the United States and one of the largest life insurers in the world. Michael joined the firm in 2009. Under his leadership, New York Life has been consistently ranked by CLO Magazine as a Gold-Level Learning Elite organization. Prior to joining New York Life Michael spent 12 years in London, England where he was Head of Learning for Deutsche Bank in the UK from 1998-2005 and was UK Head of Learning for UBS Investment Bank from 2005 until 2009. Before holding these roles, Michael was North American Head of Learning and Development for Reuters. He has also held senior learning and organization development roles at AIG, Citibank-Smith Barney, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Michael has also acted as an independent consultant and coach to Fortune 100 companies in the US and Europe. He has written several papers on the topics of executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational culture, including “Coaching & Culture Change” (together with Anika Gakovic and Hy Pomerance) published in 2011, and “Being on One's Way; The Path to Leadership", published in 2018. His most recent work, written together with Gregg Thompson; "Purpose-Driven is Not Enough" was published in April 2021. Michael lives in New York City and Barnegat Light, New Jersey.
